Dry Needling & Cupping Therapies
Both of these are traditional Chinese therapies.Cupping therapy is where special cups are placed on the skin to create suction as a type of deep tissue massage which improves blood flow and inflammation.
Dry needling is where an acupuncture needle is gently inserted into a muscle in order to relax it.

Pilates is a form of strength training. It consists of a system of exercises that are designed to improve muscle tone rather than building muscles, but the result it produces is similar as it causes greater physical strength, endurance, stability, flexibility, posture, and even mental awareness. Studies show that pilates can benefit flexibility, abdominal and lumbo-pelvic stability and muscular activity. Pilates can be provided with a range of different equipment such as weights, reformers, swiss balls, and foam rollers, or with no equipment at all. We can provide private one on one or small group Pilates sessions.

Gardua Pilates
Garuda takes its name from an Indian mythological sacred bird that can change shape according to its function. It is a more intelligent and intuitive way to exercise the body. Using the specially designed Garuda apparatus, mat or other complementary equipment it teaches one how to control the body through precise stretches and actions, placing an emphasis on smooth, seamless movements without any stress on joints.
